CLUBHOUSE: Main Room, Kitchen, Facilities, Rental Costs
Main Room:
(picture)     55’ x 36’ floor with tall ceiling and a small stage

Kitchen:
Fully equipped with refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher, double sink,
electric range, microwave, cup coffee makers.
Please request details of other kitchen equipment.

Facilities:  On-site preview by appointment.
100 folding chairs, 16 banquet tables (30” x 96”),
upright piano, foosball game, Stage, two restrooms,
approximately 35 parking places (overflow parking available),
other equipment by arrangement.

RENTAL COSTS    (10% DISCOUNT FOR OCC MEMBERS)
Hourly  $40.00
Day  $350.00
Deposit $150.00 (reservation / damage, refundable as in contract detail)
