150 folding chairs, 22 banquet tables (30"x 96"),
upright piano, foosball game, two restrooms,
approximately 25 parking places (overflow parking available),
other equipment by arrangement.
Rental Costs: (10% DISCOUNT FOR OCC MEMBERS)
Hourly = $35.00, Day = $250.00. Deposit = $100.00 (reservation / damage, refundable as in contract detail.)
Tables for Rent: (for offsite use? Use of tables included with Clubhouse rental?):
30" x 96" table = $8.00 a day ($5.00 for members) with deposit. ($8 per table?)
